Thank you for visiting our WMCHS Swim Page, and for your interest in our program. Below, you will find all of the necessary forms and documents that are needed to participate in our Swim Program during the 2025/26 Season.

Registration Steps:

There are three simple steps necessary to register for the 22-23 WMC Swim Season

1. Register with Coach Beatrice

2. Register with the WMC Athletic Department
   If you are already registered with the department for another sport, go back in to registration page and add swimming (under winter sports).

3. Register with the Parents’ Club

Code of Conduct:
When you commit to becoming an Athlete at West Morris Central High School, you commit to conducting yourself in a manner representative of an Athlete. We not only encourage, but we require each Athlete to read through and strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct. No exceptions are made.

Medical History and Physicals:
Make sure your child has had a physical and submit the completed form to the school nurse.  Children cannot practice or compete if they are not cleared by the nurse.

Sandwich Orders:
Athletes have the opportunity to order sandwiches for after the meets. This is one order that will then be placed for each meet and includes a sandwich, drink and bag of chips/pretzels. This year, the form was included in the parents’ club sign up. If, however, you missed it or want to add an order after the fact, please reach out to Susan Mosser at Smosser26@gmail.com.

Team Snap:
Swimmers are to reach out to Coach Sam (sbeatrice@wmrhsd.org) to be signed up for Team Snap for pertinent communications from the Coaching staff regarding practices and meets. We encourage all to join

Athlete Transportation Form:
All WMCHS Athletes and parents/guardians, must fill out and sign the linked transportation form in order to ride the school bus to and from practices and meets. Without this form filled out and signed, no Athlete will be allowed on the bus.

Parents’ Club:
When you join the WMC Swim Team, you’re considered part of the family. We encourage all parents/guardians to join the Parents’ Club. Here, we organize events for the team, encourage and plan team dinners and outings, and help the team plan, attend and manage charitable events. We look forward to meeting you all!

Spiritwear orders are due by 11/12/25.
